While winter is still around in many parts of the country, I’m looking forward to spring and trying to predict how this year will play out. I wish I could look into a crystal ball and see what the business climate will be like this year, but I can’t. So I can only go by my experience and gut feeling....

I don’t know if it’s my imagination or what, but it appears as though I’m receiving more communications from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) these days. What’s interesting is that the EPA seems to be coming down hard on violators of the Clean Water Act and the NPDES regulations....
